If you are considering some alternate options we can confirm the associated costs once we know what you would like. When the fine tuning is complete you can then book, pay your deposit and relax until a few weeks prior to the function date.
We will keep in touch with you during this time and if you have any queries or concerns then we will address these as they arise. On a pre confirmed day prior to your function, you will have access to the venue between 4.00pm and 6.00pm for 1 hour to allow for any onsite requirements. On the day of your function, you will have access to the venue up to 1 hour prior to the arrival of guests. This gives you the opportunity to just check and ensure everything is as you wish and to add any little extra flourish you may choose.
